Customer Services Training Association

The Customer Service Training Association is a mutual self-help membership body. It was set up to enable members to develop and share best practices in customer service and leading edge training techniques. Rackspace uses its knowledge in this area to ensure service excellence, and to maximise staff retention and employee satisfaction.
