Alison joined Rackspace in 2008 and she leads the HR function, bringing together the HR, Talent Acquisition and Rackspace University teams.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Alison worked at National Express, one of the world's largest public transport companies, as Leadership Development Director and then as HR Director. Alison has previously held various UK and International HR roles at Cable & Wireless, Kingfisher and Nestlé.
She has a degree in Business Administration and French, a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management and is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institue of Personnel and Development. |
