DAS (Direct Attached Storage)

Direct Attached Storage provides the flexibility and scalability you need, all within one array. It’s a simple, yet powerful storage solution, ideal for applications requiring an efficient, fully redundant, entry-level array to maintain availability. It’s highly suitable for a multitude of use cases, including, but not limited to, clustering and databases.
Our Direct Attached Storage and Dedicated SAN solutions share the same EMC® SAN technology. So, as your business grows, we’ve made it easier for you to upgrade your existing storage solution to meet the storage requirements for your business.

SAN (Storage Area Network)

Additional Services—Remote Data Replication
Rackspace offer the ability to replicate your off-site NetApp arrays from your data centre to ours with our Remote Data Replication Service. This service will provide you with the geographic diversity you want in case of a regional disaster or outage.
Remote Data Replication differs from our dNAS solution in that it's a shared, supplementary service with a utility-based pricing model.
