Country Specific Terms
(Rackspace Asia Limited Agreement, Hosting Services Provided from US DC)

If you are a customer of Rackspace Asia Limited, but have purchased Services that will be provided in whole or in part from datacenters or other Rackspace facilities in the United States, then the following additional terms form part of your Agreement with Rackspace Asia Limited.

US Law. You acknowledge that your obligations set out in the Agreement to comply with applicable law includes compliance with the laws of the State of Texas and the laws of the United States of America as applicable to your use of the Services provided from Rackspace affiliate offices and/or data centre facilities in the United States.
    
US Acceptable Use Policy. The Rackspace US Inc. Acceptable Use Policy at http://www.rackspace.com/information/legal/aup.php is incorporated in the Agreement by this reference and governs your use of any Services provided from Rackspace data centers in the United States.  

Export Control. You represent and warrant that you are not located in or a national of any country that is embargoed or highly restricted under United States export regulations, or are on the United States Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Controls list of Specially Designated National and Blocked Persons and are not otherwise a person to whom Rackspace is legally prohibited to provide the Services.  You may not use the Services for the development, design, manufacture, production, stockpiling, or use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction, or missiles, in a country listed in Country Groups D: 4 and D: 3, as set forth in Supplement No. 1 to the Part 740 of the United States Export Administration Regulations nor may you provide or facilitate administrative access to the Service to any person (including any natural person or government or private entity) that is located in or is a national of any country that is embargoed or highly restricted under United States export regulations.
