Rebecca

Only a Racker for 4 months, Rebecca has taken to Rackspace like a duck to water! As an Account Manager for our Intensive customers, Rebecca works with the highest level of customers with the most complex solutions - good job she enjoys a challenge!

"I love my job because it offers a different challenge everyday. I get to problem solve and deal with customers on a daily basis. I've been a Racker for 4 months now, but it feels like longer because I really feel part of the team and there has been numerous new people start since I did!"

In her spare time Rebecca loves to travel and prior to Rackspace has a career break doing just that - travelling around South America for a year. She also enjoys a challenge outside of work recently completing the three peaks challenge, her next challenge is Kilimanjaro in September.

More About an Account Manager

All Rackspace customers, whether intensive or managed have an account manager at Rackspace.  A single point of contact for the customer who will get to know the companies particular requirements as well as being able to facilitate communication throughout the rest of the company, resolving any issues should they occur.  An AM is responsible for the happiness of their customers and in ensuring they get the customer service and support required.
