Man joined Rackspace in November 2004, straight from studying Computer Science at University as a DCOps Tech (Datacentre Operations Tech), after a year he moved across into Linux Support, directly on the frontline and helping Linux customers with their problems. Currently a Level I Tech, Man is waiting to take his Level II exams to personally develop his skills and move up within Rackspace.

Man's interests include watching Anime, reading Manga, playing computer/console games, and be an all round techie (yes, he goes back home to a computer, despite working with them all day long - he actually considers himself lucky to work in an area he is interested in.
