Fiona works on non technical queries for managed customers and loves the role because it's varied, busy and interesting. Coming from a financial organisation Fiona's knowledge of managed hosting was limited but she has been helped through regular training and her approachable technical peers. As the day to day contact for her customers, Fiona gets quite busy and finds it is essential to be organised and multi task. She works hard to create relationships with her customers and to help them in any way she can as well as act as facilitator if they need technical support. Consequently she has a group of very happy customers!

More About an Account Manager
All Rackspace customers, whether intensive or managed have an account manager at Rackspace. A single point of contact for the customer who will get to know the companies particular requirements as well as being able to facilitate communication throughout the rest of the company, resolving any issues should they occur. An AM is responsible for the happiness of their customers and in ensuring they get the customer service and support required.
